This page provides an overview of resources that may be used for developing mental wellbeing, resilience skills, and self-understanding.
These self-paced resources are designed to gently guide you toward greater self-awareness and personal growth. While these tools can be a valuable addition to therapy, they are not a replacement for personalised mental health care. Instead, they offer a safe, supportive way to learn and practice your skills between sessions or, if you’re not yet ready to start therapy, to begin exploring therapy-based approaches.
Alongside these materials, you’ll also find a curated list of book recommendations, external materials for further reading, and a directory of mental health services to help you connect with additional supports.
Self-paced learning you can explore at your own comfort
Downloadable handouts and exercises to build practical skills
Evidence-based techniques for in-session use or independent study
Support for those new to therapy, offering a gentle starting point
A curated list of book recommendations to deepen your understanding
A mental health services directory to connect you with additional support options
A focus on building insight and self-awareness grounded in therapy approaches
These materials help you learn about your emotions, behaviours, and patterns so you can take meaningful steps toward change - at a pace that feels right for you, and with resources to support you along the way.
